As an experienced and motivated Trainer within an RTO setting, you will ensure every trainee is encouraged and supported to complete their training successfully and use their new skills in the workplace. To be successful you will need:

• Previous experience in delivering accredited training through an RTO.
• The ability to guide and support students through each competency successfully.
• High attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete all paperwork in a timely manner (knowledge of AQTF compliance requirements is essential).
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Certificate IV in TAA with recent relevant industry experience.
• Recognised qualifications in your area of expertise.
